oh, the sadness of it all. I look at the world and wonder why there is so much hate in this world. The one thing that always stands out is religion, one man made religion against another, I just don't believe this is what God wanted in any way. It will always sadden me.
I, too, long for a world "...free from all the superstition and ignorance that lead men to hate one another in the name of God", as E. M. Forster so beautifully put it.
The "Presto" (third movement) of Bach's Brandenburg Concerto No. 4 in G, BWV 1049, performed by The Academy of St. Martin in the Fields, and conducted by Sir Neville Marriner. Because it makes me happy, that's why.
